She oversees the development and distribution of over 900 million tax forms and publications annually, manages a $250 million postal budget, and directs thousands of community partnerships and volunteers across the country.

Beyond her executive leadership role, Tracey is a dedicated community advocate, mentor, and nationally recognized leader in outreach and service. Her work has been highlighted during U.S. Congressional Hearings, and in 2024 she was honored as the nsoro Educational Foundation Mentor of the Year.
