Throughout his distinguished military and business career\, Dr. Edge has demonstrated how strong leadership can transform organizations\, strengthen communities\, and prepare future generations to succeed. \nDuring this special presentation\, Dr. Edge will share leadership insights developed through 28 years of military service\, senior executive leadership\, and decades of experience working across government\, commercial\, and international sectors. He also serves as an adjunct professor and is an active member of several boards\, including Northwest Missouri State University and the Fair and Miller Family Foundation. \nDr. Edge holds degrees from Northwest Missouri State University\, Central Michigan University\, the National Defense University\, and Liberty University\, where he earned his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.
